| The objectives of the company are: |

to develop and make available safe biocompatible coatings, based on triglycerides, in particular for the use as interface on Drug Eluting Stents or Drug Eluting Balloons (DEB) and on implants in general; |

to further document preclinically our portfolio of intellectual property (IP) in the field of controlled drug release and coatings; |
| I |
to support our partners and licensees with the development of our coatings on a DES or DEB platform towards safe and efficient use. |
